Wendel oversees all programming at Project RETURN, and leads our efforts to share our mission and the importance of reentry with the wider community. He participates in many meetings with community partners and our community's changemakers to address the needs of those returning from incarceration. He also participates in advocacy efforts to address policy change that would provide a more positive environment for those impacted by incarceration.

Wendel says that in the past two decades he has been blessed to be trusted by Project RETURN's clients and has learned so much over the years about the correctional system and the impact incarceration has on individuals and families in the community.
