Our History, Mission, and Support

Our History

In 1980, Cross Lutheran Church formed Project RETURN to address the challenge of high recidivism in Milwaukee.

For 40 years, our organization has walked alongside ex-incarcerated people by providing assistance with employment, housing, and counseling.
