Clem has worked at Project RETURN for over 20 years. Clem is involved in working with after-care groups, AODA groups, as well as coaching and mentoring men. Clem said the best part of working for Project RETURN is seeing people's lives change, as well as being able to see people return to their urban reality for good while working with the Project RETURN team.
