Pastor Joe has volunteered on the board for Project RETURN for over 42 years, which is since the board's inception. As one of the founding members of Project RETURN, Pastor Joe has most enjoyed the opportunity to learn from formerly incarcerated persons, and the opportunity to advocate for change in the prison system.
