David has volunteered on the board for Project RETURN for over a year and is most involved with the Housing and Finance Committee as well as the Golf Outing. He is a pastor at Breaking the Chains Church, a worshipping community inside the Felmers Chaney and Kenosha Correctional Centers.

David says the best part about working with Project RETURN is seeing peoples' lives changed as result of services provided.
