Tom has volunteered on the board for Project RETURN for over 7 years. He is a currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice & Criminology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

​Tom says he has most enjoyed meeting the great people in the Project RETURN community and seeing the success of participants in the program.
