Charles has volunteered on the board for Project RETURN for over 12 years. He works at Table of The Saints and is a House Manager & Substance Abuse counselor. Charles says he most enjoys helping returning citizens with their re-entry process. He also says he believes everyone deserves a second chance, and to have someone to welcome them home.
