Matthew Pinix joined the board in 2024. Since 2008, he has represented incarcerated persons in courtrooms throughout the state as an appellate criminal defense attorney. That work has shown Matthew the inequities in Wisconsin’s criminal justice system, and he is excited to join Project Return in its mission to aid formerly incarcerated individuals positively and permanently return to the community.
