Jim Nitz

Jim holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and was a Nationally Certified Career Counselor. His career has spanned more than three decades operating workforce development programs, in addition to securing significant grants through the U.S. Departments of Labor and Health & Human Services. He also has served as a staff trainer in several states and worked as a consultant.

Now retired, Jim was excited to join Project RETURN's board in 2025. "I have been aware of there significant community impact with returning citizens for many years and look to contribute in any way I can."
