Carl Fields
​Project RETURN Board Member • he/him

Carl has a long-term and strong relationship with Project RETURN, including emcee-ing the 2024 Celebrate The RETURN banquet before joining our board in 2025.

His peer-training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Restorative Justice Concepts, allowed Carl to connect with those he served as the Director of Community Engagement at the Hospitality Center, a drop-in Day Shelter in Racine, before joining The Community in 2024 as its Director Of Correcting The Narrative. He has served on Racine’s NAACP Executive Committee, the Continuum of Care/Alliance Leadership Council, and has long been of the WISDOM network through the Racine Interfaith Coalition and as part of WISDOM’s Racial Justice Core Team. He also co-founded EXPO's Racine-Kenosha chapter.
